To provide high-fidelity logistics and consulting services, we collect the following:

  • Partnership Data: Company names, MC/DOT numbers, and contact details.
  • Employment & Sensitive Data: Resumes, CDL credentials, Driver’s License numbers, and Social Security numbers (for vetting purposes only).
  • Geolocation Data: Real-time GPS tracking data associated with active loads to ensure FMCSA compliance and cargo security.
  • Communication Data: Information provided during consultation requests for our administrative services.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for operational purposes:

  • Vetting carrier/broker partnerships and evaluating candidates for our fleet.
  • FMCSA/DOT Compliance: Maintaining Driver Qualification Files (DQF) and ELD records.
  • Real-Time Logistics: Coordinating active loads and logistics scheduling.

Data Retention & Storage

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Per 2026 federal standards:

  • Driver Qualification Files: Retained for 3 years post-termination.
  • Drug & Alcohol Records: Retained for 5 years per FMCSA requirements.
  • General Inquiries: Deleted after 12 months if no partnership is established.

Data Protection & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We utilize AES-256 bit encryption for all document uploads. Our "Zero-Defect" policy ensures that sensitive credentials—like Rate Confirmations or COIs—are handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Your 2026 Privacy Rights

Under current 2026 regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know/Access: You may request a report of all personal data we have collected dating back to January 1, 2022.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your data, except where retention is mandated by FMCSA/DOT safety regulations.
  • Right to Correct: You may request updates to any inaccurate professional credentials in our system.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses standard cookies for technical optimization. We do not use tracking pixels for targeted advertising or "Dark Patterns" to influence user consent.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on this website—including but not limited to the NoKhe Logisitcs LLC™  name, the brand identity, the Gold Compass Logo, site design, and original "Efficiency, Compliance, Growth" slogans—is the exclusive property of   NoKhe Logistics LLC™. 

  • Trademark Protection: Our name and logo are protected under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.). Any unauthorized use of these marks in a way that is likely to cause consumer confusion constitutes trademark infringement.
  • Copyright Protection: All literary and visual expressions on this site are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).

2. Anti-Cloning & Brand Protection

Any attempt to mirror, scrape, or "clone" the  NoKhe Logistics LLC™  brand identity or website architecture for the purpose of misrepresentation or fraud will be met with immediate legal action and reported to the FMCSA Office of Inspector General and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

3. Legal Consequences of Unauthorized Use

 NoKhe Logistics LLC™  actively monitors for the unauthorized use of our intellectual property. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, which may include:

  • Civil Penalties: Seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages, including profits gained by the infringer and our attorney fees.
  • Statutory Damages: Under 17 U.S.C. § 504, willful copyright infringement can result in statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed.
  • Criminal Referrals: In cases of willful trademark counterfeiting or commercial-scale copyright theft, we may refer matters to federal authorities under 18 U.S.C. § 2319 and 18 U.S.C. § 2320, which carry significant fines and potential imprisonment.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users of this site are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing or mirroring brand materials for the purpose of creating "look-alike" logistics or tax consulting entities.
  • Using contact forms to submit fraudulent credentials or to engage in "Double Brokering" identity theft.
  • Misrepresenting an affiliation with NoKhe Logistics LLC™  to gain access to secure "Carrier Packets" or proprietary administrative documents.

5. Regulatory Precedence & Compliance

Nothing in these terms shall supersede the record-keeping and safety requirements mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or the Department of Transportation (DOT).

  • Data Retention: Required safety, drug-testing, and ELD data will be retained per federal retention schedules regardless of a "Right to Erasure" request.
  • Driver Recruitment: Information collected via the Careers portal is used solely for the purpose of verifying qualifications under 49 CFR Part 391. We do not use "Dark Patterns" or deceptive design to influence recruitment or data consent.

6. Right to Know (2026 Standard)

Per updated 2026 privacy standards, users have the right to request access to their personal data collected by   NoKhe Logistics LLC™ dating back to January 1, 2022. Requests must be submitted via our official compliance desk.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain a "Zero-Defect" standard for our logistics operations, this website is provided "as-is."  NoKhe Logistics LLC™  is not liable for technical inaccuracies or third-party interference. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user suspected of violating these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable United States Federal Law, regardless of the user's location.
